1. What Is your cancellation policy:
Once tickets have been purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations (Except for extreme circumstances, in which approval must come from KCE.)

2. Is there a dress code?
Our dress code is casual.  Be mindful because we do not take any responsibility if a comedian makes fun of your outfit. 

3. How old do you have to be to go to a show? 
All shows are 21 and older unless otherwise specified.  Some venues, Dave's American Bar and Grill; is 16 years and older, but remember that it may be adult rated content discussed during the performances. 

4. Do you have an Item minimum?
We may offer a full service bar and/or dinner menu, but there is no item minimum.  Food and drinks that are purchased at the shows are optional and to be purchased separate from your show ticket unless otherwise specified.

5. How can I buy a ticket for a show?
For your convenience, we offer a few options.

      (ticket price will be more by purchasing at the door unless prior arrangements are made with KCE)

6. When do the show starts:
Depend on the venue.  Showtime is listed on the flyer, but the show time may be subject to change.

7. How long will the show last?
All shows are roughly 75 minutes to 105 minutes

8. Do I get to pick my seat?
Depend on the venue. Some venues have seating arrangements, while some don't.  We offer first come first serve basis. If you would like a specified seat, we advise you to come early to the show or contact 941-681-1710 with your requests and we will make a great effort to satisfy your needs. There is VIP seating in which the seating may be away from the general crowd and/or in the front sections.

9. Are reservations required?
While reservations are not required to purchase your tickets at most events, we  strongly suggest doing so to ensure that tickets are available for you in case the show sells out.
